We will soon be entering our twentieth year of business and to celebrate this we would like to offer our loyal customers something extra, that many of our competitors cannot match. All our PVCu doors and windows ordered after July 1st 2006 now come with an additional Five year warranty to the original purchaser, in addition to our standard five year warranty on all of the components. This means the original purchaser warranty will now be extended to ten years. This is backed by a Lloyds backed guarantee, free of charge. This guarantee has been administered by the GGF. These warranties are set in place each time we register an installation, at no extra cost to yourself. Your deposit is protected up to a maximum of --- or 25% of the amount, which ever is the least.

Lloyds backed Insurance scheme will, at no cost to yourself, remedy any faults in products/workmanship for the rest of the warranty in the event of Welsh Window Systems going into receivership or bankruptcy.

Every PVCu door and window we supply and install, also now comes with the WWS SECURE HOME GUARANTEE. In the event of an attempted break in, if an intruder manages to force open the sash or vent of any of our PVCu windows or doors and gain entry.* We will replace the damaged door or window completely free of charge. We will also pay your excess on any insurance claim arising from the break in, up to a maximum of One hundred pounds. We are able to offer this because we believe our products are the most secure on the market and when you have been in business as long as we have, we certainly know our products. *Conditions apply.

Break In Warranty * Conditions and small print

Available to Original purchaser only.

Door and / or window must have been supplied and Installed by Welsh Window Systems.
The police must be informed and a crime number obtained and kept.
You must inform us as soon as possible and in all cases within seven days of knowing of the break-in.
We will call as soon as possible, very often the same day or following day to inspect the damage.We offer an emergency board-up and locksmith service, which is chargeable, however, you are free to use your own, but you must settle this bill.
Doors must be fully locked and hook bolts deadlocked. If you have a slam lock on your door you must lift the handle to apply the deadlocks.
You cannot just slam the door and rely on the centre latch. This is for convenience purposes only.
Does not apply to forced entry through glass or door panels. Only applies if the door sash or window vent is forced open from the main frame and entry gained.
Windows must have the handle in the fully locked position. Guarantee does not cover someone breaking the glass and opening the handle.
Does not apply to commercial roperties.
Does not apply to a break-in by a family member or someone who is/has resided with you.
Does not apply to forced entry by the police, fire or other emergency services.
Should we agree that the door or window has been forced open we will arrange to replace as soon as possible and without charge.
Should we disagree that the door or window had not been locked securely and all locks applied, we will tell you so.
If you are unhappy with our decision, we will appoint an Independent professional, completely free of charge, to call and we will abide by his decision.
Maximum is one claim per household
The break in warranty is our own personal warranty and as such is not covered under the Lloyds backed Insurance warranty.
